Rocket School: CDI Opportunity for a Director of Campus, Grenoble (M/F)

Our #EdTech startup (our mission: to promote professional integration through education) is looking for a city launcher with an appetite for digital, sales and pedagogy to launch the structure Grenoble.

This position is scalable in terms of missions and salary depending on the size of the campus.

Missions

Attached to the National Directorate, the missions are centered around the following axes:

Operational management of the Rocket agency

  • Develop and manage Rocket School activities

  • Be the guarantor of the agency’s results with regard to the objectives shared with the National Management, develop reporting, monitor production

  • Ensure coordination between the team and the Lille and National support services (sales, marketing, administration, accounting)

  • Manage daily activity, from an administrative, logistical and general resources point of view

Management

  • Maintain the dynamic with the promotions of learners, orchestrate the sharing of knowledge

  • Contribute to the industrialization of methods and practices

  • Ensure budget monitoring

  • Facilitate the skills development of consultants

  • Manage the recruitment phase of learners: detection of profiles, technical qualification, selection of candidates, contract proposal

Representation

  • Contribute to Rocket School’s notoriety and brand image externally

  • Build and animate the network of partners

  • Getting involved in professional associations

  • Conduct lobbying actions and maintain the network of influence

  • Promote professions, service offerings and areas of expertise to institutional decision-makers

Development

  • Ensure the development of promotions, commercial management, recruitment of partner companies, in compliance with defined processes and objectives,

  • Market the educational offer and lead prospecting

  • Participate in the development of new courses

  • Participate in the development of marketing and commercial supports

Theoretical distribution of the workload by field of intervention, over the first year of collaboration. Revisable annually during an annual interview

Management: 10% Management: 40% Representation: 20% Development: 30%

Salary evolution

Please note that these packages are applied to all campus directors. As a measure of fairness, the packages are the same for all directors. Your remuneration will evolve according to your successes, the advantage is that you can project yourself over time.

==> Manages a campus with turnover of less than €500K: Package at €50k (40 fixed + 10 variable) ==> Manages a campus with turnover of less than €900K: Package at €55k (40+15 )
==> Manages a campus with less than 1200K€ turnover: Package at 60k€ (45+15)
==> Manages a campus with less than 1500K€ turnover: Package at 65k€ (50+15)
==> Manages a campus with less than 2000K€ turnover: Package at 70k€ (55+15)
==> Manages a campus with less than 3000K€ turnover: Package at 80k€ (60+20)
==> Manages a campus with less than 4000K€ turnover: Package at 100k€ (70+30)
