The track located in the center of Manhattan It opened its doors on Saturday afternoon, part of a tradition that dates back to the 1930s, according to information on the website of the Rockefeller Center.
The rink is running at reduced capacity, with a skating time limited to 50 minutes. As a requirement to enter, it is necessary to wear a face mask as an additional security measure.
It will be open every day from 9 a.m. to midnight until January 17.
