(PLO)- Two robbers smashed glass cabinets, took gold, on their way out shot and seriously wounded the police lieutenant colonel, the son of a gold shop owner. The incident happened in Hai Duong, tonight.
Around 8pm tonight, 7-6, while it was raining, two robbers broke into Duc Nam gold shop, Hong Cam commune, Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province and looted.

They smashed glass cabinets and looted the assets displayed in them. Hearing the noise, the owner of the gold shop and his wife and son who were eating in the house rushed out to arrest. The robber used pepper spray to fight back and shot the gold shop owner’s son in the stomach with a shotgun, abandoned his motorbike and fled. This son is a lieutenant colonel, Chief of Police of Tuan Viet commune, also Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong.

The leader of Hong Cam commune confirmed the information about this incident and said that the police had received the report. The Hai Duong Provincial Police Department’s professional division is coordinating with the Kim Thanh District Police to the scene, deploying professional measures to verify the perpetrator.
As for the gold shop owner’s son, has now been taken to the emergency room at Hai Phong International General Hospital.
