Mannheim/Mainz (dpa) – Rhineland-Palatinate and Baden-Württemberg have agreed to work together on digital educational platforms for school lessons. The Rhineland-Palatinate Minister of Education Stefanie Hubig (SPD) and her Baden-Württemberg counterpart Theresa Schopper (Greens) signed a corresponding agreement on Thursday in Mannheim, as announced by the Ministry of Education in Mainz.

The platform system tested in Rhineland-Palatinate should now be optimized together. Uniform training and further education concepts are also planned in both countries. The platform is intended for lesson planning and design, but also for school organization and is intended for both teachers and students.
