The district authorities later reported that the project for the construction of a road on Dmitry Karbyshev Street, prepared by the Troitsky rural settlement, had successfully passed the examination. But the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Omsk Region returned it due to a change in the cost of the project. As a result, the work was postponed to the next year.
