PSI, according to Eneng, noted that from 2019 to 2021, the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI had deposited capital participation for land acquisition in BUMD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya with a total value of Rp. 3.3 trillion.

With details of the 2019 APBD of IDR 1.4 trillion, 2020 APBD-P IDR 900 billion, and 2021 APBD IDR 1 trillion.

“Of the Rp 3.3 trillion, some have been spent and some have not, but we have yet to obtain more detailed budget absorption data. Therefore, this issue needs to be examined further, not only limited to land acquisition in 2019, “explained Eneng.

Eneng emphasized, PSI often questioned land acquisition in Sarana Jaya during budget discussion meetings, both in terms of the budget and the availability of land controlled by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

“For example, is it true that the area is in accordance with the needs analysis or is it just buying land? Then, to save budget, can the DP 0 Rupiah flats be built on lands already controlled by the DKI Provincial Government? However, the DKI Pemprov has not paid attention to all this because it is said that the budget in Sarana Jaya is for land supplies or land banking, “he explained.

Eneng thinks that the DKI Pemprov is not open enough in the land acquisition process. In fact, according to him, the budget is vulnerable because the figures are so fantastic.

“Starting from the determination of the location, the appointment of the provider, the price quote, to the price negotiations, everything is carried out in private and offline,” said Eneng.

Therefore, Eneng hopes that the DKI Provincial Government will be transparent about the land acquisition system in the program DP 0 Percent the.
