Two batches of smoked Norwegian salmon fillets are withdrawn from sale in Carrefour stores and recalled from customers due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. At the same time, those who have consumed this product and have a fever, with or without headache, are advised to see a doctor, as the symptoms may suggest listeriosis, a potentially serious disease with an incubation period of up to eight weeks.
