On Tuesday afternoon, a traffic accident occurred in the transition from the northern tangent to the Europastern. The driver of a motorcycle stopped his two-wheeler at a red light. A subsequent van was unable to brake in time and drove the motorcycle into the rear.
The 27-year-old cyclist was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The property damage to both vehicles was stated at around 9,000 euros. The Wrzburg City Police Inspectorate is investigating negligent physical injury.
