Law No. 7194, passed May 12, allows the confiscation of the property of those who support Russian aggression, but this requires a court order.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law No. 7194, which allows, by court order, to confiscate the property of those who support Russian aggression. About it informed Speaker of the Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk.
In total, on Thursday, May 12, the Rada approved 13 bills, four more were adopted as a basis.
Recall that the Cabinet approved a document according to which Russian assets on the territory of Ukraine are transferred State Enterprise National Investment Fund.
