Querétaro maintains good metrics regarding antigen application to prevent covid spread.
Currently, in the state, 75% of citizens have already applied the full vaccine schedule and about 98% already have at least the first dose.

The delegate of the Ministry of Welfare, Rocío Peniche, explained that, currently, the federal agency is carrying out vaccination days in some municipalities, especially in the mountain area.
We are working on Ezequiel Montes and Tequisquiapan (…) we will continue to Pedro Escobedo next week and in the mountain area. For the latecomers the first and second dose are the last operations, ”she stressed.
At the moment, no strategy has been finalized to continue with the vaccination processes for latecomers, so it has not been defined whether the Roadrunner Brigade will be maintained or whether the Ministry of Health will absorb this service.
However, the official reiterated the good progress made in providing citizens of municipalities with the antigen, which has been successful, so these tours are expected to wrap up soon.
It is believed that we have already respected all municipalities, we have gone through all sectors to assist them, ”he concluded.
