The cervix is particularly well supplied with blood during pregnancy and most fertile women also have ectopia. Heavy coughing, sneezing or straining during a bowel movement can quickly lead to light bleeding.
As long as these stop quickly and only brownish blood comes out, I wouldn’t worry 🙂
