He gradual six stage plan devised by the Buenosairean government to begin make quarantine more flexible will come into effect this Monday, July 20, with the reopening of non-essential neighborhood shops, permission to perform physical exercise in open public spaces at certain times, and the return to business of notaries and administrative personnel of educational institutions.
The plan to restart activities in the city of Buenos Aires was announced last Friday by the head of the Buenos Aires Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta.

In the City, the organizational chart provides for the reopening of local shops and neighborhood galleries, excluding clothing and footwear stores.
Those shops will serve clients according to their document number: DNI ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8), even day; and DNI ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), odd day. Also, Administrators of educational institutions and notaries may return to work, while music streams can also be performed under strict protocols.
What follows from Tuesday
From Tuesday, minors will be allowed to go for a walk more days, always accompanied by a major. At this stage of the plan, for the boys’ recreational outings they are extended from 10 am to 6 pm, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Departures will not be restricted per day according to the DNI, but will be limited to a radius not exceeding 500 meters from the residence address; with social distancing and use of face masks for over 6 years, with a maximum duration of 60 minutes per day.
He Wednesdays will be added, to local shops and neighborhood galleries, clothing and footwear shops with ID according to the day. As for the services, the opening for administrative tasks, online celebrations and individual prayer with capacity and limit is contemplated from the week. Car washes, dog walkers and the toy industry are also enabled.
From Saturday, the removals return although only on weekends.
From Monday of the following week, recreational outings with boys are enabled every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., one hour per day, the work of lawyers and the reopening of art galleries on duty.
He Wednesday the 29th hairdressers, hair removal, manicures and pedicures will reopen, and it will be time for psychologists, psycho-pedagogues, occupational therapists, kinesiologists who work with neurodevelopmental and elderly disorders, and speech therapists who work with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
