Across Russia, schoolchildren have been encouraged to send letters to Russian soldiers in Ukraine, and make camouflage nets and candles for the trenches.
During the lecture, Putin also said that Russia will try to ensure the security of the four Ukrainian regions that the Kremlin claims to have annexed. Several of these are not fully controlled by Russia, writes AFP.

In the matter of the lecture, Tass has devoted a lot of column space to the president telling about several letters he received from his grandfather, who died before Vladimir Putin was born.

Through the letter, Putin’s grandfather also gave an order to his son, we are to believe the president:

According to news agency Riaalso state-owned, Putin said that “love for Russia is the most important thing”.
