The Russian leader said he was ready to show Ukraine what “real decommunization” means.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that communist leader Vladimir Lenin and his associates created Ukraine. He said this on the evening of Monday, February 21, in his address to the Russians.
According to him, modern Ukraine was entirely created by communist Russia.
