The decree establishes the amount of pensions and social advantages for men and women with disabilities in the amount of 10 thousand rubles. Putin requested veterans of the Fantastic Patriotic War to pay out another five thousand rubles, youngsters with disabilities, disabled men and women of team I or inhabitants more than the age of 80 – three thousand rubles.
