“Many people found themselves in a difficult situation, lost their homes, were forced to move in with relatives or in temporary housing, faced with the interruption of water supply, heating and electricity,” the president said.
His words are a signal of Moscow’s frustration with the frequent attacks in southern Russia, which include strikes against sites such as electrical substations and weapons and fuel depots.
