And the Russian president has banned the supply of oil and petroleum products from Russia to countries that impose a price cap in contracts, and Putin has also banned the supply of oil to foreign buyers if the contract uses the price cap mechanism..
The delivery of Russian oil and petroleum products to countries that have imposed maximum prices will only be possible on the basis of a special decision by Putin.
