“The Russian Armed Forces spent much more. Now I don’t want to assess the rationality of decision-making at different levels of military command, but now the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense are forced to introduce certain limits,” he said.
Also, Putin, reacting to the plans of the European Union to supply Ukraine with a million shells, fantasized about a powerful Russian military-industrial complex and promised to produce three times as many shells for the Russian army in the same period.
