The Attorney General of Justice of Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX), features images of people who, on the 10th of June, they entered to steal the church San Antonio of Padua in the mayor’s office Gustavo A. Madero.
In this sense, the archdiocese, said that the assembled total of the theft were 100 thousand pesos and not 1 million pesos as, in principle, the victim testified to the authorities.
It consists in the folder of research, FIGAM/GAM-4/DU-2 C/D/00209/06-2020, that the day of the facts, the parish priest of the place had to do a few errands in Toluca, State of Mexico and made it “perfectly” closed all over the place; however, when he returned, he noticed that the front door was forced.
To look in more detail at the precinct, he noticed that in one of the bedrooms was missing the money, a total amount of 100 thousand pesos, that belong to the organization Providence Lady Of Mercy’s Religious Mexiquense.
After alleging the theft of, FGJ-CDMX already started the research and discusses a recording outside of the church, which shows that at least three people entering the place.
