On the one because of the corona virus canceled this year’s MWC TCL wanted to present a corresponding prototype. Specific details about the pull-out smartphone, such as the display size, are not known. The second part would have its own plastic back for stabilization. The display piece that is pulled out could be a little thinner than the front section.

TCL: from smartphone to tablet without kinking?

The result looks impressive in any case. The smartphone would become a tablet without a kink being visible. However, these are of course only pictures. So far, apparently, no journalist has had the prototype in hand. It will be exciting to see how such a finished device performs – if it ever comes onto the market in large quantities. In any case, TCL has not yet made an official statement.
