Inasmuch as Public Market Legal Consultant F/Myou will work with one of our major clients in the public sector on the award and execution of contracts. You will work in project mode, in coordination with the MOE, the legal department and the Purchasing Manager and will notably be in charge of missions following:
- Participation in the market allocation strategy and implementation of the purchasing policy for the markets assigned to you;
- Procurement: drafting of consultation documents, critical analysis of offers, breakdown of prices, preparation of negotiations, participation in negotiations, drafting of negotiation reports, monitoring of supplier innovations, award of the contract following our client’s internal procedures;
- Contractual monitoring during the execution of the contract, from notification of the contract to the end of proper execution, including the management and negotiation of amendments;
- Carrying out a market assessment, closing the procedure;
- Responsible for the implementation of the purchasing policy, you are in charge of achieving objectives in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
Depending on the mission and your skills, you will be able to intervene in the following purchasing segments: IT, Intellectual Services, Public Market, etc.
