PS Store owner, Putra Siregar, Stumbles Illegal Cellphone

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Siregar’s son, a cellphone entrepreneur who is also a Youtuber, was named a suspect by the East Jakarta District Attorney in the illegal goods trade case.

The case involving Putra Siregal came up when Bea Tax posted a photo of the phase II submission of the illegal goods trade case to the East Jakarta District Attorney. Submission of files carried out last Monday (07/27/2020).

That information was conveyed by an Instagram account @bckanwiljakarta last Tuesday.

In the upload it was stated that the evidence submitted was in the form of 190 used cellphones and the proceeds from the sale of Rp 61,300,000.

There are also several other assets that were confiscated.

“It will be counted as a fines criminal guarantee in the context of recovery of state money (Dhanapala Recovery) consisting of cash worth Rp 500,000,000, houses worth Rp 1.15 billion, and bank accounts worth Rp 50,000,000,“according to the statement on the Instagram account.

2. Prosecutors allow

Head of the East Jakarta Special Criminal Section (Kasipidus Kejari), Milono, confirmed the information.

He said, his party was preparing the case file so that it could be handed over to the East Jakarta District Court.

“We have prepared the process of transferring the documents to the court to immediately carry out the trial of the suspect PS,” said Milono.
