“The activities with the detained have already been completed. All persons have already left the headquarters” – informed the spokesman of the Warsaw police.

He said that 48 people had been charged with active participation in the gathering. In addition – as he said – in the case of five people, other charges were also brought, including damage to a police car and violation of a policeman’s inviolability. A preventive measure in the form of police supervision was applied to these people.

In connection with the arrest for Michał Sz. – introducing himself as Małgorzata Sz. “Margot” – a protest took place on Friday in front of the Warsaw headquarters of the Campaign Against Homophobia. The protesters moved to Krakowskie Przedmieście, where there were clashes with the police – among others, police car. The police detained a total of 48 people.

According to the prosecutor’s office, Michał Sz. he is suspected of committing a hooligan act involving participation in a crowd, brutal attack on a pro-life activist and destroying property belonging to the foundation. It is about the events of June 27 this year. Such an act is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. The court imposed a two-month pre-trial detention against him on Friday, allowing for the prosecutor’s complaint. In mid-July, according to the court’s decision against Sz. police supervision and a guarantee in the amount of PLN 7 thousand were applied zł.

On Saturday, Michał Sz., The police informed, was brought to a remand center.
