The ear, nose and throat consultant urged the need to avoid leaving the house in the presence of dust, to preserve your upper respiratory system, and you should also pay attention to taking treatments for sinusitis, such as sprays and treatments to reduce the complications of sinusitis, and if you leave the house you must wear a mask, and wash. Wash your face and hands well to avoid transferring dust to the nose.

Finally, the ear and nose consultant urged the necessity of drinking plenty of water, as well as foods rich in fiber, in addition to always cleaning the nose to limit exposure to any complications associated with sinusitis, which is done using salt water.
