Proprioo Sales Manager- Real Estate – Nantes (M / F)

As a Sales manager, your role will be to create and launch Proprioo in Nantes, it is a real intraprenariale adventure which is offered to you. Your objectives: the commercial success of your perimeter and the development of your team.

You will manage and develop a team of Real Estate Consultants spread over the city of Nantes. Within the Sales team, you will be attached to the Head of Sales and will also work in close collaboration with 3 teams:

  • The Sales strategy team: in charge of developing our market shares and the continuous improvement of tools and processes, this team will provide you with the tools you need to monitor your team’s performance

  • The Operations team: in charge of the property marketing strategy, this team will help you deploy the key actions in the marketing of a property

  • The Training team – Proprioo Academy: in charge of developing Consultants’ skills, this team will work with you to help your team members grow in the real estate sector and sales techniques.

Your main missions will be as follows:

1 / Business development

  • Definition and deployment of strategies for conquering local territories, in collaboration with the Sales strategy team

  • Development and monitoring of business objectives for the scope

  • Definition of the marketing strategy, from prospecting for a property to its online publication

  • Analysis of the team’s commercial performance, and implementation of actions to achieve and exceed objectives

  • Participation in the development and optimization of activity monitoring tools (Salesforce, dashboards, performance evaluation …) in collaboration with the Sales Strategy team

  • Control and optimization of the administrative and operational management of the team

2 / Direct management of teams of Consultants

  • Identification and implementation of the organization and human resources necessary to achieve the objectives

  • Recruitment and structuring of local teams

  • Coaching of Real Estate Consultants on a daily basis in the field

  • Individual support for consultants in monitoring action plans by providing meaning, support, recommendations, objectives, deadlines

  • Definition and monitoring of individual objectives, evaluation, professional development and recognition of each person on their team, in collaboration with HR

  • Monitoring of variable remuneration systems

  • Animation of team life

  • Regular support in the field in prospecting action

3 / Regular sharing of visibility and feedback on its activity to the various internal stakeholders

4 / Proposal and deployment of innovative initiatives, in line with changes in the external market and Proprioo’s business strategy

5 / Participation in Proprioo transversal projects contributing to the structuring and development of Proprioo
