While the first half will feature an interview with just Meghan, her husband Harry will join her in the second part to discuss the future of the notoriously private couple.
In preview clips shared by CBS on Monday, Oprah said, “I just want to make it clear to everyone that there is no topic that is off limits.”
The first clip shows Oprah questioning Meghan if she was “silent or muted,” and then she asks the Duchess: “Almost insurmountable. Does it seem like there was a breaking point? “
Harry will open up with his mother, Princess Diana.
The video then passes to Harry, who comments, “My biggest fear was that history would repeat itself.”

At the end of the first preview, Oprah, who is also one of Meghan and Harry’s neighbors in their Montecito neighborhood in California, told the couple, “You’ve said some pretty shocking things here.”
The couple is expecting their second baby.
In the second clip, the Prince says that he is grateful to have had Meghan’s support during his departure from royal life, while also drawing comparisons to his late mother, Princess Diana.
“Meghan will talk about what it was like to marry a member of the royal family, motherhood and how she has coped with the intense pressure of being such a prominent figure,” says HELLO! Royal editor Emily Nash.
Oprah’s interview on CBS will last two hours.
“But I don’t think she wants to criticize members of the royal family. Harry is still very close to the Queen and he won’t want to disturb her. This will be her giving her version of events and the couple talking about their current and future plans, their work with Archewell and their expanding family. “
Emily adds that the documentary, which was filmed somewhere in Santa Barbara in mid-February, is about “preparing your booth and introducing your new life to the world. They are in a very different place than they were when she spoke to Tom Bradby of ITV and I think this will have a more optimistic feeling. “
