KOMPAS.com – Market smartphone Indonesia is filled with a variety of middle-class mobile phones (mid-range) latest in March 2022. Two of them are Samsung Galaxy A13 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 which is priced at price IDR 2 million.
The Galaxy A13 is sold at Rp 2.5 million (4 GB/128 GB) and Rp 2.7 million (6 GB/128 GB), while the Redmi Note 11 is priced at Rp 2.6 million (4 GB/128 GB) and Rp. 2.9 million (6GB/128GB).

With this price difference that is not much different, the two phones have a number of differences that make each phone superior in several components specification and features. Anything?
Screen and camera
Redmi Note 11 is equipped with a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD Plus resolution and refresh rate 90 Hz.
The screen is more capable than the Galaxy A13 which uses PLS TFT, but is slightly larger with a size of 6.6 inches with Full HD Plus resolution as well and refresh rate standard 60 Hz.
However, the Galaxy A13 screen is more sturdy because it has been coated with Gorilla Glass 5. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 11 is only coated with Gorilla Glass 3.
In the upper center of the Galaxy A13’s screen, there is an “Infinity-V” module that holds the camera selfie 8 MP. The resolution of this camera is smaller than the selfie camera of the Redmi Note 11 which has a resolution of 13 MP which is loaded in the hole punch hole.
Turning to the back, these two compact phones are equipped with four cameras, where the main camera is both 50 MP resolution.

The only difference lies in the resolution of the ultrawide camera, where only 5 MP (123-degree field of view) for the Galaxy A13 and 8 MP (118-degree field of view) for the Redmi Note 11.
The other two cameras have the exact same function and resolution, namely a 2 MP macro camera and a camera depth 2 MP.
Hardware and software
Galaxy A13 is powered by chipset the latest Exynos 850 which has an eight-core processor (CPU) configuration (octa core) maximum speed of 2.0 GHz.
Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 11 is slightly superior in the chipset aspect because it is powered by Snapdragon 680 which has a CPU octa core maximum speed of 2.4 GHz.
Although different, the memory configurations offered by these two phones are identical, namely with two RAM options of 4 GB/6 GB, and 128 GB of storage media that can be expanded with a microSD card up to 1 TB.
Redmi Note 11.-
The similarity also lies in the battery capacity of the two compact phones carrying a capacity of 5,000 mAh.
However, the charging speed of the Galaxy A13 is only stuck at 15 watt, slower than Redmi Note 11 charger with 33 . speed watt.

In the sector software, Galaxy A13 is slightly superior because it runs the Android 12 operating system (OS) which is polished with the OneUI 4.1 interface (UI). The Redmi Note 11 runs the Android 11 OS which is equipped with the latest Xiaomi UI, MIUI 13.
So, which one is superior? Galaxy A13 or Redmi Note 11? The choice of course returns to user preferences.
But as a consideration before buying, there’s nothing wrong with listening to the full specifications and prices of the Galaxy A13 and Redmi Note 11 in the following specification table.
