Pregnant ex-girlfriend (22) beheaded by ‘monster’ in US | Abroad

The young woman was mugged at home by suspect Deundrea Holloway of Litchfield. On Thursday, her head was found in a container near her own home by officers after her mother raised the alarm. Holloway was arrested that same night, coincidentally because of another incident. He later turned out to be the suspected killer. He behaved rowdy when he was arrested and is said to have slammed his head against a wall.

Dodd was eight months pregnant with a girl, her first, according to the New York Post. “What we have observed, discovered and what has been found is absolutely appalling,” said Alton Police Chief Marcos Pulido. “She was beheaded by a goddamn fierce monster.”

According to the tearful mother of the victim, Holloway was not the father of the baby in the womb. She tells the local KMOV about her daughter that she had a ‘lovely soul’ and a ‘beautiful smile’. “She had a big heart. She would do anything for anyone. She always did her best to help other people.” Dodd was on his way to become a nurse.

“I’m glad he’s off the street so he can’t do this to anyone else,” said the mother of the arrested suspect.
