Belarus expects Russia to supply aircraft, helicopters and air defense equipment. This was stated by Alexander Lukashenko during a conversation with journalists, writes BELTA.
According to Lukashenka, these are dozens of airplanes, helicopters, air defense systems, it is possible that the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system.
“In the near future (I signed an order the day before yesterday) the Russian Federation will supply us (I won’t say what money and what) dozens of aircraft, dozens of helicopters, the most important air defense weapons. Maybe even C-400s. We really need them, I I have already spoken about this, “Lukashenka said.
According to him, Russia will provide “the most modern equipment.”
“We will re-equip. If we see at the exercises (Zapad-2021, – ed.) That we need something else, then we will buy from the Russian Federation and put into service,” Lukashenka added.
