Blibli revealed pre-orders iPhone 15 series through online and offline stores smoothly without errors.
Not only that, customers are offered an omnichannel experience to choose how to pick up their iPhone 15 series, either directly or sent to the user’s home.
Previously, Blibli as an authorized reseller for Apple products in Indonesia held a Midnight Launch which was held simultaneously in Jakarta and Surabaya on October 27 2023.
This event is for customers who pre-order and choose to pick up directly at the venue. Exactly at 00.01 WIB, customers can directly pick up the iPhone 15 that they ordered from 20 to 23 October.
At the same time, both in Jakarta and Surabaya, Blibli management also released the Blibli BES Package (Blibli Express Service) logistics fleet to start delivering orders to customers who chose the Midnight Delivery option using environmentally friendly electric vehicles.

Blibli guarantees 100% original products it sells to customers. To increase satisfaction, Blibli also provides 24-hour service which is claimed to be responsive, as well as a major return policy supported by return logistics and after-sales service.
In holding the Midnight Launch in Jakarta, Blibli provided the opportunity to meet directly with the 1992 Barcelona Olympic champion badminton duo, Alan Budi Kusuma and Susi Susanti, as well as the mixed doubles gold medalists at the 2016 Rio Olympics, Liliyana Natsir (Butet) and Tontowi Ahmad (Owi).
