Positive Shift for Ukraine in Avdiivka: Analyst Vasily Pekhnyo Reports on Enemy Actions

Journalist Vasily Pekhnyo analyzed the enemy’s actions in the Avdiivka direction, drawing attention to a positive shift for Ukraine.

After the capture of Avdiivka, the enemy did not reduce pressure in this direction. On the contrary, Putin’s army lands troops at night, trying to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but is met with a worthy rebuff. It looks like we’ve got some resources, particularly the cluster munitions that the 3rd Assault Brigade effectively used on the Russians the night before last.

About it told journalist and military-political commentator Vasily Pekhno on the YouTube channel “Factory of News”, showing a video of our soldiers covering the enemy with cluster munitions and skids from drones.

“Fortunately, everything looks like we have a certain supply of ammunition. Look how abundantly and accurately the shells landed right at the epicenter of the enemy paratroopers. But the next landing group is riding in armored vehicles. And what is it doing? It’s just crushing its own infantry. This is fantastic disorganization. On the one hand, we are talking about the fact that the enemy is really strong and powerful, but on the other hand, he is doing such things, and thank God that he is doing this,”
– noted the analyst.

The surviving Russians tried to lie down in the trenches, but the drones of the 3rd assault brigade finished them off. All this lasted the whole night, and only in the morning was it possible to deal with the final enemy groups that had climbed into positions in the direction of Orlovka and Lastochkino. Some occupiers surrendered.

“These are the events that are happening in the Avdeevsky direction. That is, the enemy did not stop. Yes, he released some of his offensive resources and redirected them, obviously, to other directions. But the meat assaults here still continue,” – Vasily Pekhno summed up.
