Servants of the Traffic and Transport Police of the Cauca’s Valley they seized 400 kilograms of marijuana they were camouflaged between panela boxes. According to the official report, the drug shipment fell on the road from Villa Rica to Palmira.
On this important road, the Police required the driver of a type vehicle truck that aroused the suspicion of the uniformed.
At the time of the search, the authorities noticed that the man was carrying a shipment of pan, which came inside cardboard boxes.
Upon inspecting the panelas, the uniformed officers showed that inside there was marijuana, which was being transported under the modality of concealment.
In total, the Valle del Cauca Traffic and Transport Police accounted for a total of 800 pans, which contained 400 kilograms of marijuana inside.
The truck, which was destined for the city of Medellin, was immobilized. The driver of the car was arrested and left at the disposal of the authorities in Palmira, Valle del Cauca.
