Meanwhile, Ramadhan ensured that investigators from the Directorate of Cyber Crimes (Dittipidsiber) of the Bareskrim always pay attention to the condition of all detainees, not only prisoners. “He has been chronically ill for 2 years regarding a nervous electrical disorder. Where when he experiences mental stress or feels tired, he suddenly sometimes faints without realizing it. Rony said it took Ferdinand Hutahaean 30 minutes to 1 hour after passing out to become fully conscious. He said that during that time, Ferdinand Hutahaean could physically carry out his usual activities.
After 1 hour, Rony said, Ferdinand Hutahaean just realized what he had done. Rony explained that Ferdinand often wondered what he had done after returning to ‘normal’.
“Yeah, so lost consciousness, fainted. For him to be normal, because it’s a nervous breakdown, he needs about 30 minutes to 1 hour, that’s just normal. Physically he can do anything. But physically, because he’s a nervous breakdown , 1 hour he can think normally, do something with normal conditions,” he said.
“When he wakes up, he does something. It was only an hour later that he realized what he was doing. He asked, ‘Why is this?’. It’s like this. I see lol,” continued Ron.
