NEW YORK – Three police officers were injured on the job Thursday after a car collided with their police car in the St. Albans section of Queens.
The collision occurred around 9:30 pm, according to New York police. The car that hit the carabinieri would have been stolen.
The injured officers were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Two of the three unidentified suspects were arrested, police said.
The third suspect is still a fugitive.
