Police Headquarters Southeast Hesse – speed control points for the 28th calendar week 2022
(aa/mw) In 2021, over 40 percent of fatal accidents were caused by improper speed. Seven people died because at least one road user was traveling too fast or at an unsuitable speed. Over the next week, officials from the Traffic Directorate will monitor compliance with the speed limits on routes for the purpose of noise protection, on wildlife routes and in Rodenbach to protect weaker road users in front of a kindergarten and a senior citizens’ home.
We wish all road users that they reach their destination safely.
Measurements are planned in the following locations:
11.07.2022:
BAB 66, Hanau towards Fulda, junction Bad Soden-Salmünster (noise protection); K 174, Dietzenbach in the direction of Rodgau, between Waldacker and Rodgau-Ring-Straße (game hazard route);
14.07.2022:
BAB 66, Fulda towards Hanau, junction Bad Soden-Salmünster (noise protection); Rodenbach, Adolf-Reichwein-Strasse, in the direction of Erlensee (kindergarten and retirement home);
15.07.2022:
B 486, Urberach in the direction of Langen, between Bulau and Rödermark (game hazard route); BAB 66, Fulda towards Hanau, junction Bad Soden-Salmünster (noise protection);
07/16 and 07/17/2022:
BAB 66, Fulda towards Hanau, junction Bad Soden-Salmünster (noise protection).
