On Sunday morning, around 11 a.m., a 41-year-old motorcyclist drove on the L172 from Eisenbach in the direction of Titisee-Neustadt. Presumably due to a driving error, he left the road alone before a curve, fell and slid into the ditch.
The man was seriously injured. He was flown to a Freiburg clinic in a rescue helicopter, where he succumbed to his injuries a little later.
