We are currently not aware of the requirements for making transfer options available between the two games. But we can tell you for sure that once a transfer gives Pokémon GO a Pokémon HOME, in the section Secret Gift of Pokémon HOME we will find a Melmetal at Level 100 with the factor Gigamax!
