The first book on contemporary improvisational theater art in Latvian has been published – “Improvise: here and now”. The author of the book is Canadian Rob Norman – one of the brightest stars of the current contemporary improvisation genre in the world. The translation of the book into Latvian has been done by Jānis Moisejs, an actor of improvisational theater with 10 years of experience in the composition of “Riga Improvisation Theater” and “Ministry of Joy”.

Jānis Moisejs has gained recognition as a performer of popular melodic and heartfelt hits. Music is just one of the creative expressions of his free time. Working in a bank on a daily basis, Jānis has studied law, defended his bachelor’s degree, and in February this year also his master’s degree, obtaining the qualification of a lawyer.
