World famous singer Ed Sheeran has teamed up with his favorite football club Ipswich Town. The Tractors Boys will be advertising a future Sheeran concert tour with their shirts next season.
The singer of The A Team, Thinking Out Loud, Castle On The Hill and Shape Of You will be the shirt sponsor of Ipswich Town for the coming season. “This club plays a big role in the local community and I want to show my support in this way,” he said the club channels. “I’ve always enjoyed the trips to Portman Road and can’t wait to get back to the stadiums.”
The current number nine of League One, the third English level, is also pleased with the fun sponsorship agreement. “I have worked with Ed and his management on numerous initiatives and have welcomed him and his guests to Portman Road many times,” said Commercial Director Rosie Richardson. “He is always there for his hometown and this is another example of his loyalty. We hope to see Ed – like any other supporter – soon again.”
