The Judiciary Police confirmed in a statement the arrest of a 28-year-old individual, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual coercion aggravated by an 11-year-old girl.
Just as DIÁRIO advanced first hand, the crime occurred yesterday afternoon, in Funchal, on Rua dos Ilhéus.
According to the PJ, “the accused, who maintained initial contacts through a social network and through the use of a false profile, pretended to be a young man with whom the victim would meet, as a result of which he was sexually abused , through violence and against their will ”.
The detainee will be present to the competent judicial authorities for possible application of enforcement measures considered appropriate.
