Each of the 24 hours that the Russian hockey player Yegor Korshkov survived over the weekend, everyone wants to go through. On Saturday, a pupil of the Yaroslavl Lokomotiv took part in the hottest match of the AHL gaming day – Toronto Marlies managed to recoup in a meeting with Belleville from the score 0-4, and in overtime it was the Russian who won the hosts, performing a small hockey masterpiece.
Almost immediately, Korshkov’s agent Dan Milstein tweeted the news of Korshkov’s first career challenge to the first Toronto team, but he was soon removed.
But after a few hours from Canada, official confirmation of the good news nevertheless came – Korshkov was indeed raised in the Maple Leafs and joined the Sunday away match against Buffalo.
