Odious people’s deputy – “servant of the people” Nikolay Tishchenko responded to the scandalous video of his colleague Nikolai Galushko’s communication with police officers in Kiev, published the day before.
Under fasting Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky, in which he comments on the incident, Tishchenko promised to vote for a bill introducing fines for insulting a police officer. And immediately he asked the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs a question about the legality of the search of the deputy’s car.
“I would like to ask, how are things and on what basis did the police guys searched the car of the people’s deputy? Thank you very much for your position, we will not give the police offense,” he wrote.

Scandal with People’s Deputy Galushko: what happened
As UNIAN reported earlier, on December 22 in the media video appeared, which shows that the people’s deputy from the pro-government “Servant of the People” Nikolai Galushko made a scandal to law enforcement officers who stopped the driver of his car for violating traffic rules. The incident took place in December last year.
The deputy himself, commenting on the incident, re-insulted the cops… The “Servant of the People” said at all that the people’s deputy was blackmailed by the released video.
Subsequently, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky said that the driver Galushko was fined and deprived of his license for a year. He also recalled that the parliament is now a bill on liability for insulting a police officer in the form of a fine from 850 to 1700 hryvnia.
