In Ukraine, they registered a bill No.5463, which will change the “registration” mechanism in Ukraine. As a result, pensions will not be tied to the place of registration, payments will be assigned according to a new mechanism.

Temporarily displaced persons and those who live in the temporarily occupied territories will also be able to draw up documents without being tied to the place of registration.
“In the current version of the law, men were horrified by military enlistment offices, and women were simply removed or registered,” said Ivan Lieberman. Naturally, the new norm does not apply to pensioners and children. And all the rest will have several days to deregister in one military enlistment office and “register” in another.
How will it be possible to register?
You only need ID-cards and “Diya” (portal or application).
You will need to go to the application or the portal to fill out an application in 10-15 minutes. And the landlord will have to confirm your request… The service itself will be provided within 24 hours.
Through “Diya” the homeowner will receive a notification and will be able to give consent directly from the smartphone. And if you move to another place, then you can also easily be discharged.
How to show registration afterwards?
Registration data will automatically appear in the registry. After that, there will be no need to go to the offices and deliver any information.
If you have a paper passport, won’t you be able to register online?
A pilot project will require an ID passport. At the same time, we are working on a relevant bill that will fix the changes at the state level.
After the adoption of the law, the service will become available for holders of passports-books. Also, the document suggests:

cancellation of stamps in passports – confirmation of registration of the place of residence; data on registration;

protection of property rights – the ability to freely dispose of your own property (register any person who has declared his place of residence in the owner’s real estate);

cancellation of a mandatory visit to the military registration and enlistment office when changing your place of residence online;
-
receiving a pension anywhere in Ukraine – an application for the appointment of a pension and its receipt is carried out regardless of the place of work or place of residence of the applicant.
“We are building a digital state. A digital state is when bureaucracy will not prevent people from receiving government services. This is when Ukrainians do not stand in lines for an extract of registration or identification number; do not pay bribes to get permission to do business; do not walk on dozens of offices to register a newborn baby “, – explained the Minister of Digitalization Mikhail Fedorov.
Previously OBOZREVATEL announced that in the fall Ukraine will start entering “paperless mode”… State institutions will not be able to demand from citizens certificates, extracts and other paper documents for the provision of services if the necessary information is already in the electronic register, said Fedorov.
