payment request canceled, happy motorists

Motorists say they are satisfied with the new agreement that grants the Free stamp for car use. Normally, one would proceed with interest on arrears and subsequent prohibitions imposed on the use of cars for the administrative stop that arrives with the Equitalia folders. But the time has come to avoid payment by taking advantage of the new opportunity to finally have the long awaited car tax exemption. Let’s find out together how it is possible to obtain it.

Goodbye Auto Stamp: no payment with the new regional instructions

The state collects over 7 billion euros every year from what is believed to be the most hated tax of all. The possession tax is in force in Italy as in few other countries in the world. Despite the vote of no confidence for the unanimous abolition, there are regions such as Emilia Romagna where the car tax it can be free for a long time.

Going into the details of the question, it turns out that whoever registers a new hybrid car in the PRA (Public Automobile Registry) gets the opportunity to dissolve all expenses. The conditions apply for applications submitted spontaneously during the first registration phase for cars whose annual stamp duty does not exceed 191 Euros. Under these conditions, the car tax is free for a period of three years.

Given the autonomy acquired by law by the regional administrations, it is plausible to expect further discounts elsewhere with many Regions that are already granting the free tax for electric cars. In the meantime, the criteria are in place use without limitations with car tax temporarily extended according to the new prospective table indicated below.
