The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities has started to book the first offer of small residential lots of all levels for private individuals under the name “Maskan”, under a permanent offer system, according to the mechanism of immediate assignment through this website.

Since the beginning of last Thursday’s booking, which will last until February 7, 5,246 citizens have managed to register their data electronically and the number of initial bookings has reached 1,539, on the first day of booking only plots of land.

This offer was created with the aim of providing land plots to citizens who wish to build their homes, permanently and easily, without any precedence, whether to enter the site, transfer the seriousness of the reservation or book the land plot.

Anyone wishing to apply is looking for a method of allocating land, as in the previous proposals it was done by reservation by priority, but in the new proposal the method was different, which appeared as follows:

The offer includes 305 plots of land, distributed over the various housing axes, consisting of 143 plots of land in the axis of the most illustrious lands in the cities (New Cairo – May 15 – Badr – New Assiut – New Mansoura), and 104 plots of land in the axis of distinct lands, in cities (Sadat – Salhia). New – New Burj Al Arab).

There are also 58 plots of land in the axis of the central lands, in Madinaty (New Nubaria – Tenth of Ramadan).

In lieu of priority electronic land allocation and reservation, preference will be given in case of overcrowding on a plot of land in the axis of the most exclusive plots of land. Reference will be made to the payment currency, which favors payment in US dollars.

In case of payment, it is conditional that the transfer process is carried out from abroad or from within, provided that 60 days have passed since its deposit in the bank.

While for separate and medium-sized plots, for the rest of the land price, reference is made to the highest percentage of completion and, in the event of a tie, the public lottery between the two barriers will be used.

The booking process starts by reviewing the land available in each axis and downloading the bid requirement document for the bid axis where the citizen wishes to book, then the person wishing to book creates a new account and fills in the required data for example (national number – name from national ID card – email – mobile phone number – current address).

– Then choose the axis and the city in which to book, choose the location, and click on the word details, to show him the list of all available land (sketches – detailed table).

– Then complete the rest of the booking procedures detailed on the site, including (enter the payment currency for the rest of the land price for the most exclusive lots – enter the completion percentage for the rest of the land price land for distinct and medium land axes), and also take out the reservation form which includes all the data and options listed by the reservation, and is signed.

– The form also contains a pledge that the applicant, his wife or minor children have never given any of them a housing unit or land under the social housing project, and is attached upon signature on the website, as well as receipt of payment of the gravity of the reservation and the study fees.
