Paul Burkert, 36, of Doral Drive in Reading, Pennsylvania, was charged with murder in the shooting early Thursday morning. It was there that officers found David Padro, 23, of the 2700 block of Federal Street in Camden, New Jersey, with a gunshot wound to the lower back. The shooting occurred while the gunman and the victim were queuing at the famous cheesesteak shop.
