Parents and teachers in the municipality of Madera took out the free textbooks from the regional warehouse of the Educational Services of the State of Chihuahua, after the suspension of distribution. In the capital, a representation of teachers goes to SEECH and announces a work stoppage for tomorrow, Thursday.

Upon receiving notification of the suspension in the delivery of books, the parents and teachers decided to station themselves at the facilities of regional warehouse number 7 of the LTG to rescue the books.
In the warehouse facilities they placed some cardboard where they demanded the delivery of books, so when they were not heard in an act of civil resistance they undertook the rescue.
Fathers, mothers and teachers took measures to load the boxes with textbooks onto a trailer. A municipal police unit tried to prevent them from taking the materials, however they were outnumbered, so they waited for the state police.
One of the teachers pointed out that the LTG belong to girls, boys and adolescents, “They cannot retain them because of a whim of a parent, we already know that the judicial power is against the people and it is unsustainable that they are violating the rights of children and adolescents.”
In the warehouse there were teachers from Madera, Temósachic, Gómez Farías and the entire school area, who were accompanied by a notary who attested that the SEECH employees did their job.
At the same time, in the capital, members of the Network in Defense of Textbooks and the Front in Defense of Public Education went to Educational Services of the State of Chihuahua to meet with Donaciano Héctor González Estudillo, but they were not attended to, they They said it was out of town, so a representative would assist them.
The Front in Defense of Education announced a work stoppage this Thursday, October 12, until the delivery of books is guaranteed.
