“I eat a salad for lunch, as well as chicken breast and shirataki mushroom noodles. Since following this lifestyle, I have become better in the field and more responsive and faster,” he added.

“I don’t eat pasta, but I like sweet potatoes and black rice. Those foods made me reach another level, both physically and mentally,”

“The day before the match, I eat a lot of carbohydrates. After matches I usually eat two packs of gnocchi, it really helps me and gets into digestion quickly,”.
