It was during the State of Play of Playstation that Sumo Newcastle and Focus Home Interactive announced Hood : Outlaws and Legends, their new multiplayer heist game PvPvE (Player vs Player vs Environment).
The game will take place in a medieval world and your objective will be to steal the treasure guarded by an oppressive government ruling the region. In a team of four players, each with special abilities, you will have to perform the perfect heist. Owen O’Brien, studio director in charge of development, explains:
With Hood: Outlaws & Legends, we want to offer a darker and more brutal interpretation of the legend of Robin Hood, pitting myth against the power of a corrupt state. The team here in Newcastle is made up of passionate players, and over the past 16 months we believe we’ve created a unique PvPvE experience with Hood.
