The name that makes the most noise is Ornella Muti, the actress who left the cinema screens to enter the collective imagination of Italians working for Monicelli and Risi, for Verdone and Scola, for Francesca Archibugi and Paolo Virz. Maria Chiara Giannetta will alternate with her on the stage and the Ariston, who exploded in popularity thanks to the Rai1 Blanca fiction, where she plays an intuitive and tenacious blind profiler. And again Sabrina Ferilli, Lorena Cesarini and Drusilla Foer.

In short, the cast of Sanremo almost takes its final shape. A few days ago Amadeus announced the presence (for one evening) of Checco Zalone, objectively a great blow because the golden man of Italian cinema – over € 16 million collected with the last three films (Sole a catinelle, Quo vado ? and Tolo Tolo) – he does not give himself easily (even in the last Zelig reunion he gave up). The doubt remains instead Fiorello, who after the double Festival alongside the conductor has not yet dissolved the reserve, but it is difficult to imagine that he can completely desert the stage. A raid, at least for an evening, seems likely.

The musical cast has also been ready for some time, with 25 singers competing with a mix that tries to satisfy all tastes and widen as much as possible to different audiences: there are the big pop names that make the charts; the historical singers requested by the Rai1 audience; streaming phenomena seeking national-popular visibility; strangers who serve to make up numbers.

After the controversy of last year with the hypothesis then sunk, the sponsored cruise ship docked in the waters in front of Sanremo seems to be making a comeback (to understand how and if it will enter the direct evening): master of ceremonies Orietta Berti who at almost 80 years of age is experiencing her third or fourth youth.
